Every project begins with meticulous inspections. First article inspections are performed for each new or refurbished die, followed by first-piece inspections at the start of each production run and continuous in-line inspection throughout. Our in-house optical inspection capabilities, including OGP SmartScope systems with QC-Calc SPC software, Mitutoyo 14 optical comparators, and Micro-Vu digital optical comparators, allow us to perform highly precise measurements, capability studies, and automated data collection, ensuring unmatched accuracy and repeatability.

Check-Mate’s quality processes also include full traceability of all equipment to NIST/NBS standards and the ability to generate computer-based inspection reports for each run. By combining state-of-the-art inspection technology with experienced personnel and continuous process improvement, we deliver products that consistently meet customer requirements, comply with industry standards, and perform reliably in the most demanding applications.
